Interstate commerce is trade, traffic, or transportation involving the crossing of a state boundary. This is considered to an interstate commerce, either the vehicle, its passengers, or cargo must cross a state boundary, or there must be the intent to cross a state boundary to be considered an interstate carrier.

Oregon - ($2000 required bond) - $100.00
Quarterly Fuel Reports - per truck per quarter
For vehicles first used on a public highway during the month of July, file Form 2290 and pay the appropriate tax between July 1 and Aug. 31.
